Using actions for re-targeting

You can now use tags to re-target your followers within your chatbot flows, using the Find Contact Action.

Quickly set up a really simple flow to capture abandoned carts, contacts who jump out of your awesome funnel, or even chase up people who look at your offers and jump ship before downloading.

Now you can use tags from your CRM to filter and follow up with contacts super fast!

If you don't already have the new custom field in Manychat, here's how to set it up:

  • Go to your Manychat settings tab.

  • Select Fields

  • Create new custom field

Type is Array and label it as you wish, we use the simple word Tag
